Engineer, builder, and lifelong student of how systems work — from the cryptographic primitives that protect a message to the philosophical traditions that shape a culture. Rishav started Vedavinya in Kolkata, 2025, with a simple thesis: India should build its own deep-tech, on its own infrastructure, governed by its own law. Sovereign by design.
