Vedavinya is a product-based AI & Deeptech startup company, currently building its first two products from first principles from scratch — Chaiverse, the new privacy first social and communication platform in one app, and Vedavinya AI, India's own proprietary Foundational large language model from scratch. Vedavinya.
The word Veda literally means "knowledge" or "wisdom." Derived from the ancient Sanskrit root vid — meaning "to know" or "to see." The same root gives us vidyā (knowledge), vidvas (the learned), and — via Proto-Indo-European *weid- — the English words wisdom, witness, vision, idea, history. Knowledge is our oldest export.
A modern Sanskrit coinage from ava- (down, into) + nī- (to lead) — "to lead into being." The technical word for invention, innovation, the bringing-forth of new systems.
A company named for the two things it does: Inventing with all the Knowledge that humans have from since beginning with encryption and security.
